Rates per room per day: variable according to the period of permanence and of seasonality.
The rates will be confirmed at the time of booking.
During the holidays a minimum stay of three nights is required.

The rates shown are not inclusive of tax “Roma Capitale” of 3,50 Euro per person for non-residents*.

*The resolution consiliare n. 44 of 24 July 2014 establishes that the contribution you will pay at the check-in to the extent of € 3.50 per person per night for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Are exempted from payment  children up to 10 years.

*Possibility of extra bed: cost 25 euro per night
